Mary Alice McDonald, 96, of Owens Cross Roads, passed away Friday.
She was preceded in death by father, Archie Russell, mother, Ida Russell, brother, Lenzie Russell, husband, Elmer McDonald.
Surviving are son, Bobby (Yvonne) McDonald of Decatur, son, Joe (Judy) McDonald of Huntsville, daughter, Lynda (Arley) McCormick of Owens Cross Roads, grandchildren, Terolyn Lay, Stephanie Clasen, and Shana Miller, great grandchildren, Rachel Garzonie, Nicole Morgan, and Ryan and Reagan Miller, sister, Sue Neil Weston of Huntsville, sister, Archie Mae (Billy) Butler of New Hope.
Visitation will be Sunday 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at New Hope Funeral Home. Services will be held at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel, Sunday at 3:00 pm with Rev. Jerry Meeks officiating.
Interment will be in the Bush Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family would like memorial donations to be made to Galilee Baptist Church, 4262 Old Highway 431,New Hope, AL35760 or Ebenezer Presbyterian Church, 2480 Hobbs Island Road Southeast Huntsville, AL 35803.
