Mary Jane Cobb Glover McGaha, 71, of Gurley, passed away Sunday.
She was a member of Galilee Baptist Church. She was a longtime employee of Madison County License Department and U.S. Government MICOM.
She was preceded in death by father, Roy Wilson Cobb, mother, Beadie Oradell Sinard Cobb, husband, Grady “Pete” Glover, husband, Maxie David McGaha, son-in-law, Carl Oneal Pounders, and brother-in-law, Jerry Drake.
Surviving are son, Greg (Harriet) Glover, son, Scott (Jessica) Glover, daughter, Lee Ann Glover-Pounders, grandson, Shane Glover, granddaughter, Ashley Glover, sister, Barbara Drake, sister, Sandra (Bobby) Self, sister, Lisa (Darryl) Townsend, step daughter, Gayle Burroughs, step son, David Lee (Sharon) McGaha and several nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be Tuesday 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at New Hope Funeral Home. Services will be held at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel, Wednesday at 11:00 am with Rev. Jerry Meeks and Rev. Michael Carpenter officiating.
Interment will be in the Byrd Cemetery.
